A UDRP complaint has just been filed on three domain names, two of which seem very generic Geo’s
The three domains subject to the complaint are:
FortLauderdaleConvention.com FtlauderdaleConvention.com & BrowardConventionCenter.com
The domain name BrowardConventionCenter.com is more problematic since there is a building by the name of the “Greater Fort Lauderdale / Broward County Convention Center”
The domain BrowardConventionCenter.com goes to a site that has info to the center as well as a the link to the official website on the top right of the page and the phone number. The site also includes some adsense advertising.
Although the complainant is not yet listed it would appear to be the Ft. Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Bureau whose official site is at ftlauderdalecc.com
.CC would be Convention Center in .FL
@MHB did you get invited to the .FL meeting ?
They all seem generic to me.
