there is a very big big big difference of price with some record-priced insurance-related domains

    economy crisis or market saturation?

Great price for this insurance domain name. The reason why you don’t see to many insurance names selling right now is that everyone is holding on to them and you have more and more NDA with companies.

Medicare and health related is going to be the next boom for insurance names. It is actually already here.

Surehits, brokersweb, insuranceagents-dotcom among many others paying out huge money for clicks and leads.

It is getting insane for what these companies are paying for insurance clicks. If your not getting at least 6 to 8 bucks for an auto click your getting ripped off.

always exciting to see insurance names sell at 50k. But that is just a small sale compared to what is really going on.

Never went the direction of :
    Find???.com
    Get???.com
    Goto???.com
    Visit???.com
    …

I am with you Don on what continues to evelove with Healthcare.
I still expect to build out mine but it does not stop interested parties asking about health related domains like:

    MyHospital.com
    MyVision.com
    NationalCare.com
    MyNursingHome.com
    MyPPO.com
    FamilyMedicalCare.com
    ILoveMyHospital.com
    ILoveMyDoctor.com

    even RoadToGoodHealth.com

    Nice to see this sale.

I have repeatedly declined 5-figure offers on the following:

    FindCheapInsurance.com

    VeryCheapInsurance.com

    NewDriverInsurance.com

We own close to 1500 insurance (all kinds) domains in dot-com extension.
I believe insurance domains are extremely good investment.

We have also sold many over the years.

We don’t sell insurance gems cheaply 🙂

do you remember the high-priced bedbugs.org sale?

well, this service could be a perfect app for this domain!

    Hey Aggro,

Come on man, we went thru your personal attcks before.

Let’s not do it again because believe me I have a whole manual of info saved on you which is ready to be posted anytime. But I still would like to give you a chance to stop your personal attacks.

Believe me, you don’t want me to expose you.

I am fully prepared if you don’t stop.

Final friendly warning so please take it seriously.

    @rk

IMO no one really types in “Find Insurance” with serious expectations – considering we get hammered regularily on tv, billboards, radio and elsewhere by folks who have found insurance for us by switching and saving 15% or whatever.

Your FindCheapInsurance.com is actually a better brand – you likely will be contacted on that one when the new FindInsurance.com folks get their act together – very good domain

    @BrianWick

Thanks for your comments and insight.

I agree because it is not hard to find insurance…..100s of companies are desperate to sell us a policy. What folks are looking for is better rates, cheap insurance, pay less for insurance [btw, we own PaylessInsurance.com 🙂 ], etc.

I had been trying for years to buy CheapInsurance.com – must be the same guy – because it is just in california where he is from and finally built a business around it.

My catch all brand is CheapQuote(s).com

Oh no…it is Prozac time on Tuesday. Get ready for the normal sh*itty list of domains sold at outrageous price.

Not sure why the under-priced European industrialised country .com / cc’s have not been snapped up, noted Seguros.com / Seguros.es (insurance) were picked up by the leading Italian online group for under the true value. These will follow the north American models 4 sure.
