Tasers.com Sells For $12K On NameJet and WoodFloor.com Sells For $11K

August 17, 2011 by Michael Berkens

The domain name Tasers.com sold on NameJet.com for $12,900

Its a interesting domain as Taser is trademarked many times over including by the manufacturer of the device.

WoodFloor.com sold for $11,300.

It’s certainly a nice product name well worth the money.

Fenhong.com sold for $8,988

CarShowroom.com sold for $2K in what I think was a nice buy .

Woodfloor.com was a steal, incredible pick up!

I was suprised Tasers.com didnt go for more but figured since the end user market is limited and monetizing traffic not the easiest eventhough targeted it made sense I suppose.

Funny how boxcar.com sold the TM knowingly and now it’s resold again on Namejet.

Yeah, Tasers.com is note worth messing with.

Pretty good price for Fenhong.com. Fen-Hong seems to be a fairly common name and Fenhong is a chinese textile and leather supply company that is using fenhonggj.com as their domain. Not sure if they picked it up though…

I once received a C&D from the company that owns the taser trademark due to a parking page listing at SelfDefenseEquipment.com which included the word taser. They are very protective of their trademark.
