CNBC: Zynga To File For IPO As Early As Tomorrow

According to a Tweet by Kate Kelly of CNBC the gaming company Zynga will file to go public as soon as tomorrow.

The company who has also been active in the domain name market and maker of some of the most popular online games including; Cityville Farmville and Rewardville according to the report will file its S-1 as early as tomorrow.

At the proposed IPO price the company would be valued at $15 Billion and $20 billion.

    I think that Zynga’s high valuation is warranted unlike some other recent IPOs. They had $1.8 billion revenue and $630 million profit last year.
