Grocery was a keyword I thought years ago would oneday be super-valuable. I envisioned that something like grocery.com would sync with a national grocery delivery service. As it turns out, I don’t think many people order groceries online and have them delivered to their home. Although I like the concept.

“Grocery was a keyword I thought years ago would oneday be super-valuable.”

Yes, it didn´t lift quite off, yet, but the Google search volume for “grocery stores” (60K exact monthly) indicates that there´s interest.

I always take NJ realized prices with a grain of salt, well more like a box.

You have to recall there are at least 2 very large individuals who grossly over pay for ” safety”. They can afford to do it of cousre, to me bad biz is bad biz but it’s their biz so…

When one is starting out I highly doubt they would casually say ” oh whats another $XXXX+ extra a name ” . Its not how you get to where you want to be, the flip side is once their the attitude changes.
