The domain Historia.com is currently in a closed auction on NameJet.com.

With over 2 days to go the domain already has a high bid of $10,099.

The word Historia of course is Spanish for History.

It is also the name of a Cable TV channel in Canada.

It is most likely that it will end up over 50k. It is powerful generic domain name.

It will sell for $20K then channel Historia fill for UDRP and takes it away because of corrupted panelists

I think it will sell for $25000. And “Historia” is Swedish for history as well 🙂

The real question is why would you raise attention to an auction before it ends 😉 Some participants don’t like that.

Yeah whose side are you on anyway? Does Namejet pay you to keep drawing attention to their auctions?

Huge search volume in spain and portugal, good search volume in US, but low cpc.

it’s a closed auction, it shouldn’t matter to the participants

    Acro

The auction is closed meaning if your not in it already your not getting in.

Therefore I see no harm in discussing the value or anticipated price

it’s also the word “History” in Portuguese… the market keeps getting bigger. This domain has a lot more value than most sales on the $XXX,XXX on the past few months. Huge development potential.

    $40 – $45K

The auction is now at $18,600 with just over a day to go

“Historia” is also the Polish word for “history”.

    BTW:
The domain name historia.pl sold for 61,000 PLN (about 20,000 USD) in the beginning of 2009 according to http://www.cenydomen.pl.

IMO it’s fine to discuss namejet auctions or any others while they’re running…unless it’s one I’m hoping to win LOL.
