    When is the last time someone said, “Lets take a trip to Salinas, Murrieta, or New Rochelle”?

    Unless you are a Chamber of Commerce or newspaper the price should be reflected in that answer. In my opinion all three are overpriced.

    Who is making that type of money on non-tourist geographical names? I would rather own a small tourist town at a faction of the cost rather than a 50-100K population center

    For the money I would go with SanFrancisco.net. Just my thoughts. Thanks for the post!

    I agree with JS – unless you have a tourist-based location, I believe is really tough to make $ – especially if you aren’t from the area. Even then it isn’t easy. I think this name has already changed hands a handful of times and I’m guessing nobody has found a way to make much with it…
