HomeElevators.com is good but in the 3K range.

Some of the other auctions on NameJet are becoming a joke. Modeldirectory.com went for $9K less the second time around within a week???

The other day clubpenquin.com sold for $7,800. Who spells penguin with a Q other then 3 year olds? On top of that Club Penguin is well known Disney trademark. I don’t care how high the alexa rank is, it could be a mistake. Even if it isn’t the traffic is worthless.
I wouldn’t take this domain for free.

I am seeing lately too many domains that are going to the re-auction place. This has two senarios:

    1. NameJet.com are doing fake bids on their domains.
    2. Bidders are not banned from their platform which is a threat by itself.

I hope the second senario is the what we are going through namejet.
    OR
We will face another Nelson Bradly there!!

I have followed Namejet’s activities very closely for years.

I’m 99% sure Namejet is not bidding on domains to raise the final price.

I just think it is easy for people to create an account.
But, that is necessary so endusers can bid.
Namejet would prefer to have more endusers because professional domainers
don’t want to pay a lot for a quality domain.

A number of years ago, Namejet had a number of re-auctions.
Now, it doesn’t happen that often.

Because of the high re-auction rate at NameJet, I usually stop bidding very high against those bidders look fishy to me. Actually I am right, one of the fishy bidders there have failed to pay as I expected. This bidder won several $x, xxx level auctions and bid up the price of many others. All those domains he won are now re-auctioned. However, it is very sad for those who have bid against him and won at a much higher price. Only one party benefits from this.
