BridgeLoan.com Sells For $27K & Someone Buys Up An Entire Category For Under $100K

September 8, 2009 by Michael Berkens

The domain bridge loan sold for $27,101 over the weekend at NameJet.com.

Its a nice domain, which would be great for an end user.

Another bidder scooped up ProteinBar.com & ProteinBars.com for $77K on Saturday, and then on Sunday bought NutritionBars.com and NutritionBar.com for another $11K.  So for less than $100K,  he owns a huge category.

A great buy.

Well done, especially if the buyer was an end user like bodybuilding.com (I don’t know who bought the domains)

All indication was that the bidder was going to pay whatever he had to get the domains, so don’t think you could have come in behind him and gotten them all for $100 over what he paid.

The .Cm domain auctions resume today on NameJet.com

The domains “NutritionBar.com” and “Nutritionbar.com” are the same domain. Hopefully the bidder didn’t pay for each one.

    It’s obviously a typo, I assume it was NutritionBar.com and NutritionBars.com

Great news. But you have to give Rick kudos for picking up BreakfastBars for such a steal earlier this year.

Curious who the buyer is here.

If I am not mistaken, BridgeLoan.com winner was Lon Borck of B52 Media. http://www.namemon.com/namejet-pre-release/70-bridgeloancom-labor-day-at-namejet#josc7

Not familiar with the NutritionBars high bidder, they are not in my database yet.
