Bing.com Picks Up Another 1% Share Of The Search Market

According to Internet data firm StatCounter, Microsoft’s Bing search engine had a 9.41% share of the U.S. search market in July, up from 8.23 percent in June.

Google’s share of the US search market slipped to 77.54%  from 78.48 %

StatCounter said Google’s share of the global search market slipped in July to 89.23 percent from 89.80 percent in June.

    I like it better than Google…..maybe some others do too.

    The only thing that bugs me is that Bing does not tell you where those awesome full page images are from……at least from what I can tell.

    Johnny, mouse over the copyright symbol at bottom right of each bing background photo and it tells you the source.

    is that the first time goog ever reported a lower share?

    That would be cool…I agree about liking bing more…I’m an eye candy kind of person and bing is my fav now

    I keep trying to use Bing search but it doesn’t easily deliver the data I want.
    Maybe, I’m just too use to Google.

    I’m no fan of Google or Microsoft so I really don’t want to promote either search engine.
    But, they are now the only complete search engines.
