January 25, 2009 by Michael Berkens

This past week saw more activity at NameJet.com,  not only in the terms of numbers of domains which sold but also in terms of price and quality of domain.

Makes me feel even better about getting GardenClippers.com using my Godaddy backorder credit ($17).

So how does one sell domains on Namejet these days? I would assume that is the next logical question.

Jihad, Lute, and Arson were all bargains.

Tried to pull funding together to purchase Jihad.com but couldn’t come through in time. I hope Jihad.com doesn’t fall into the wrong person’s hands.

I would have expected jihad.com to go higher, there are people (not jihadists!) who definitely would LOVE to use such a site…

But one price which was surprisingly low in my view was newsroom.org.

Anyway, nice to see sales are going well! Congratulations to all sellers!

    Mike,

I wonder why there is no advertisers bidding up on “drug dealer” or “drug dealers” over at Google 😉

Those names are terrible choices for any legit business… I have a friend who has a chain of “drug stores” and I never understood why he doesn’t just call them a pharmacy… I guess it is about the same, but still… Drugs immediately trigger negative feelings.

    my 2c

    Best,
    Mike
