A Franklin County Circuit Judge is still on schedule to render his decision in a controversial case whereby the Kentucky commonwealth is looking to seize some 141 Internet gambling domain names.
Judge Thomas Wingate of the Franklin Circuit Courtroom ruled last Tuesday that until he finalizes his decision, the commonwealth must leave a number of online poker and casino sites “as is”, meaning they must remain accessible to the public.
The Internet Commerce Association filed a brief in that case.
Let’s see what the Final Countdown to it is.

Yup. And the judge should “explicitly” order the domain names be transferred back to the registrants if he rules in their favor.

Yes let’s hope the judge uses logic, reason and the law and comes to the proper decision and rather than bow down to political pressure.
UPDATE
Decision will not be released until tomorrow afternoon, which is Thursday October 16th
