When a Director buy shares in the Company it is a GREAT sign.
The Company must have a great plan for the future and is on track to achieve the target which will result that other investors or potential investors will also start buying the shares so the price of a share will increase in value.
Great POST THERE

Agreed but the opposite is not true, that is a sale is not always an indication of the officer has given up on the company or is negative.
The question is how many shares do they have left after the sale
Nick was also the founder of aQuantive (sold to Microsoft last year) and the first angel investor in Amazon.
