We have added Tucows (TCX) to the Domain Parking Stock Index.

Tucows is one of the top five domain registrars in terms of numbers of domain registrations.

Tucows also offers parking programs for domains.  The Parked Pages Program which Tucows share’s revenue with domain owners and the Expired Domains Program which it parks expired domains.

According to Tucows announcement of November 19, 2007, it says it will share over $1 million in revenues with Tucows resellers over the next 12 months through its parking programs.  Tucows offers a 50-50 split of the parked domain revenue with its resellers.

In another improvement to the Domains Parking Stock Index, we are now updating the price of the index every five minutes, during each trading day, instead of just once a day at the close.

Further improvements will be made over the next few weeks.

We want to thank all those who have given us input into the index and suggestion on the inclusion of public companies.  The addition of Tucows is a direct result of these suggestions.

I personally have NOT tested tucows parking system.

For one we wouldn’t accept a 50-50 payout

Not sure if you are looking to add any other domain related companies but Communicate.com is publicly traded under the symbol CMNN.

    http://finance.google.com/finance?client=ig&q=OTC:CMNN

I do not own stock in this company or have any financial interest.

    Good index. Thanks.
