Cool. I wonder how much the .LIFE registry paid these athletes.

They MOVED???, or did they previously even have a website prior?

So every athlete will go to .LIFE now? This stuff is precious, get a fee, and a new website, awesome to whoever buys into this stuff.

Not investment grade stuff guys, just fluff, keep it coming, China is no longer buying.

There are also many sports figures using a .CLUB domain as their primary site including the Miami Heat’s Tyler Johnson (RealTJohnson.club) and the Indiana Pacers’ Myles Turner (MylesTurner.club) and others. #shamelessplug

I’m inclined to suspect payola too because “.Life” is incredibly unappealing as a TLD to me as an end user or publisher. Didn’t even know it existed until this article, and don’t care now. Only a small # of keywords would go well with it.

Just about every brand specialist is going to recommend a .COM. I don’t think that a paid/sponsored decision made by J. Fluker is going to make an influential shift any more than a burp of an ant would decimate a hurricane. Now if 2Pac came back and launched his website on Thug.Life, now that’s a story!

What I think I just read here is a resurrection would be second to them then using a .crap lol

    .Life is owned by Donuts

Doubt they paid them anything as they have well over 100 strings including .life but they can weight in for themselves

    mistakes happen every day.

let’s see what happen in a year from now..

Fortune 500 and MAdison Avenue recomend against new gtld’s… the last resource.

Worse than the extension is what many of them chose to the left. A bunch of them have what I presume is their jersey number after their name instead of just taking their full name. Hopefully they don’t get traded and have to pick a new number because somebody else on the new team already has their’s

.Life is not a bad GTLD compared to some of the things out there. This sports marketing is weak. I would target reality shows, green activists and pop/rap industry. .Life need to be about active excitement and movement. Brand and market on those grounds and the future is bright!
