Yesterday we wrote about Frank Schilling’s Name Administration winning its 35th UDRP

Today the company got his with another UDRP on the domain name tablefortwo.com

The Complaint was filed by a Julie Wampler who owns the domain name tablefortwoblog.com

Name Administration has owned the domain name TableforTwo.com since at least 2005

The domain name tablefortwoblog.com was first registered some 6 years later in 2011.

There are several trademarks in the USPTO for the term “table for two” and one is for a blog or publication, but that trademark was just filed on March 17, 2013.

However that trademark appears to be registered by a different party other than the Complainant a Julie Chiou of Washington D.C., so its very possible that its the owner of TablefortwoBlog.com that maybe the one in violation of a federally registered trademark.

It looks like Mr. Schilling and Mr. Berryhill will get their 36th UDRP win shortly.
