4 New gTLD’s went into the 1st day of general availability (GA) yesterday.
Here are the number of new gTLD registrations after the 1st day of General Availability (GA) for the 4 extensions which includes the domain name registered by Trademark holders in the Sunrise Period and the domains registered in the Early Access Program (EAP) for which people paid extra money to get early access to the domains:

.Finance 1,057
.Insure 788
.Accountants 371
We should note that there is already a new gTLD .Financial which has 1,179 domain names registered which is pretty close to .Finance. There is also a .Financialaid new gTLD application.
As for .Accountants there will also be a new gTLD coming up for the singular he .Accountant, and well as .CPA.
For the insurance vertical there will be a new gTLD for .Lifeinsurance and .Insurance plus many insurance companies have a .Brand new gTLD like .Nationwide, .Allstate; .Esurance; .Aetna; .TIAA and .Statefarm to name a few.
