Tom Scopazzi of Artemis which has an application for .Secure, just sent out an email today announcing that effective today, Jean-Christophe Vignes has joined Artemis as Director of Domain Operations!

Artemis will be attending the Digital Marketing & gTLD Strategy Congress in London this week.
