Its looking like filing an Legal Rights Objection with WIPO was a huge waste of time and money as three more decisions are out today all in favor of the new gTLD applicants.
Objectors are now 0-23 and if you were hitting like that they would send you back to the minor league.
In today decisions AC Webconnecting Holding B.V. objection to Dot Agency Limited application for .Cam was given the swift boot as was Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc. who objected to Dot Food, LLC application for .Food.
Finally I-Registry Ltd. second objection to .VIP against this time Charleston Road Registry Inc. application was thrown out.
I-Registry Ltd has three more pending objections against applicants for .VIP if I were them, I wouldn’t be holding my breath.
