Vertical Axis Gets Hit With UDRP On ParaJumpers.com

May 8, 2013 by Michael Berkens

Vertical Axis just got his with a UDRP on the domain name ParaJumpers.com

The UDRp was filed by PJS International SA whose official site seems to be parajumpers.it

The complainant does own a trademark which appears to have been filed in 2006 for Eyeglasses, sunglasses, frames and cases for eyeglasses and sunglasses.

It seems Vertical Axis has owned the domain under privacy since at least 2007 and possibly longer.

The domain name ParaJumpers.com is currently going to a very generic landing page, but according to Screenshots.com had some links back in early 2011 to links going to men’s and women’s clothing.

We will keep our eye and on it and let you know what happens
