The domain name Snug.com was just hit with a UDRP.

The owner of the domain name  Nett Corp of Tallahassee, Florida according to domaintools.com has owned the domain since at least 2001 and the domain name has an original creation date of 1995.

The domain is currently parked.

The complaint was filed by Charon International Trading Limited which owns and operates under the domain name Thesnugg.com.

The domain name TheSnugg.com was first registered by Charon International Trading Limited on February 22, 2011.

Charon seems to manufacture iPhone and iPad cases and the parked page for Snug.com has links for  iPhone and iPad cases.

Despicable thieves. I hope they get tarred as reverse domain hijackers.

The Snugg brand was born early in 2010 with our very first iPad case. One of the directors got an iPad and just couldn’t find a case that he was really happy with…

    That kills them right there.

What idiots. Your domain name does not sell your product. Stop worrying about it. Morons.

On a side note, why would they want “Snug” with one “g”, when their brand, “TheSnugg”, has 2 of them?
