A couple of weeks after Ron Paul filed a UDRP with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) for the domain name RonPaul.com, the congressman has now filed a UDRP on the domain name RonPaul.org

The domain RonPaul.org is being forwarded to RonPaul.com which is a “fan site”.

The domain RonPaul.org is owned by a Martha Roberts of  DN Capital Inc out of Panama and has a creation date of 1999.  RonPaul.com is owned by another company out of Panama.

RonPaul.net is also being forwarded to RonPaul.com and is owned under privacy, but in 2012 when it wasn’t under privacy it was owned by a company out of  Chihuahua, Mexico so I don’t think it will be long until you see another UDRP filed for RonPaul.Net

The case number is D2013-0371 and we will let you know how it turns out

Having not read the complaint, I’m wondering if Mr. Paul, who is almost Libertarian in his views, tried to purchase the domain, first, and was declined. It will be interesting, indeed, to watch this one. Everyone should dot-com their name.
