Domainer Daniel Negari has applied for three new gTLD’s

His company, XYZ.com applied for .College, .Now and .XYZ

Mr. Negari is going to have serious competitors for .Now

Amazon.com, the principal’s of the .Asia registry, and One.com and Global Top Level App which only applied for .Now

For .College there is only one other applicant Binky Edge, LLC. which only applied for the .college gTLD.

For .XYZ Mr. Negari’s company is the only applicant.

CentralNic.com is the back end provider for XYZ.com

.college should be offlimits, to many scams, this space should strictly be enforced.

.XYZ is a nice sounding brand, could be applied to anything really. I think he did well in his selections.

I thought if you lost more than a few UDRPs you couldn’t apply. Good luck to Mr. Negari, hope that doesn’t hold him back.

3 UDRP losses, with 1 coming in the last 4 years is a disqualifying factor under the Guidebook for officers, directors or 15% or greater shareholder

I don’t know what Mr. Negari situation is.

What are all these new TLD’s going to do to the .com domain aftermarket? Are .com domains going to lose a lot of their value going forward, or are they going to hold their perceived value into the future? Curios to hear people’s opinions.
