Most the top ten seem like high prices for mediocre names but the true price is a meeting between the motivation of the buyer and the seller so there you have it.
Congrats to the buyers for getting the name they wanted and congrats to the sellers for getting the price they wanted.

The TIMING is very important … when hungry buyers want to buy your domains, be ready to negotiate and come up with a solution that makes them happy. You maybe surprised how high they’re willing to offer!
IMO, as usual Afternic helps the domain owner promote and sell their dirt in a bag to end-users. What else is new? We could build a domain that cost 90% less into a popular website in two months. This bunch of domains are overpriced and overrated.
Besides BathroomIdeas dot com, the majority of the domains are far overpriced. I disagree with Alexander that a buyer is willing to offer high. The domain owner controls the price many times. Companies are too cheap to throw out a high price. They start low. The domain owner replies back with the high price. If they are willing to spend, then they continue to negotiate. Simple pricing strategy.
As for BathroomIdeas dot com, the domain is obviously worth at least the sales price and more. WhatsTheScore is overinflated. It may work as a credit report site. However, that domain is overpriced.
