Watch Out For The Namejet.com Bulk Bidding Page As Its Now Filling In The Next Highest Bid Automatically

When I’m checking out Namejet.com to see what domain auctions are currently opened for bidding, I usually use the bulk bidding page.

I’m not sure when it changed, but I wanted to alert everyone to the fact that the bulk bidding page has changed, so when you pull up all the domains at auction using the bulk bidding tool, the page auto fills the next highest bid amount in each domain auction.

If you intend to only bid on one or two names on your bulk page, you’re going to have to remove all the other default bids NameJet.com put sinto each of the domain auctionson the bulk page, otherwise you will wind up placing a big on all the domains on your bulk bidding page.

This happened to me the other day and I wound up bidding on 8 domains, when I was only trying to put a bid on one.

Fortunately for me I wound up getting outbid on all the other domains, but it was a good lesson which is to watch for auto bids when using Namejet.com bulk bidding page.

    Same thing happened to me and I was also outbid on the domains I did not want.

    I’m staying away from bulk bid onward.

    No kidding!
    Doesn’t it too defeat the point of an auction entirely – by letting you pay, or choose to pay what you want? Whereas it seems they just automatically increase the price until only one person can pay for it. Possibly without their knowledge.
    Seems like a win-win for namejet, though.
