According to the USA Today Ad Meter, the race for the Super Bowl Ad race was won by the Dogs.

The top three rated ads all featured dogs.

The Doritos commercial where the big Dog bribes the cat owner was the top rated rate.

If only Go Daddy had used Joan Rivers again…

    Kevin –
Maybe they should have used elephants 🙂

All said – it is just a reminder of how much the internet is still in its infancy – and the garbage folks are desparate to be sold

You have to understand the target demographics. 110,000,000 watching superbowl includes stay home moms and grandmas. But there are 5,000,000 in their 20s and 30s that are on the cutting edge of technology that like edgy, cutting edge, showing a bit of skin.

Yeah dogs and puppies win with moms and grandmas but they’re not the ones starting new transformative companies.

My grandma just got 10 million in venture capital for a new transformative company she’s starting. Now granted, while she likes a bit of skin, she saw the .Co commercial, she said, “Dot Co? More like Dot Suck!” Seriously. You can’t make up stuff like that. Then she got the turkey out of the oven and we all had a delicious dinner.

Boner factor was higher on this year’s .CO ad as compared to last year’s Joan Rivers erection rejection offering.

Congrats to .CO and Robert Cline.

Super bowl need to bring back ads with cats.

    Success begets Success.

    Receiving some big offers today.

I expect a few of these sell in the multiple $x,xxx range.

    .Co

is only getting stronger, day by day.

the more registration that Calle and team gets, the money they will have to really market

    .Co

I predict, .Co will be viewed synonymously with .com and then people will prefer it because of the bandwidth it saves on websites and the speed with which you can get to .Co sites.

In this day and age where a single character less may mean the difference between $1Million domain and $10 domain.

Right on, tell em, Commander Cline.

Butt shot of .CO girl on the Internet version of the ad should yield a million new registrations.
