Tenants.com Sells For $22K on Namejet.com; RetailStores.com Goes For $20K

by Michael H. Berkens

The domain name Tenants.com sold today on Namejet.com for $22,100

This was one of the domain names Nielsen research got from a acquisition of another company last year which they apparently did not want to keep nor sell.

They also owned the domain RetailStores.com which sold for $20,100

Another one of the domains they owned categorykillers.com sold for $3,900.

ChainStores.com another one of those domains went for only $1,700

All were very nice names.

Tenants.com – maybe could be a site which provides services to landlords (screening of tenants, background checks, lease forms, etc?)

Tenants.com is an exciting domain, so many different possibilities to go with. Let’s hope the new owners invest $5k into a nice site…

Shite, I would hate to think what berkens would be asking for it had it been his.

    Probably 10x as much = $250,000+
