Yahoo and its board of directors have been sued by two Detroit pension funds saying they breached their duties to shareholders in not accepting Microsoft offer of $31 a share. The attorney’s are also seeking class action status.
Earlier this month, another shareholder, the Wayne County Employees’ Retirement Systems, sued the Yahoo board.
