Its currently on their front page of recent activity.

    @Landon,

Do you get along with anyone? Every blog I read seems to include you insulting and/or arguing with someone.

Domainer’s need to be aware this was a 3 WORD DOMAIN not a one word. Domains have a lot of value if they convey the right business message. Don’t just think in terms of one word when investing

MHB, We are thinking a like today 🙂 I got you by 7 minutes on the .co auction results and you got me by 5 minutes on this post 😉

This sale is similar to the CookingGames.com sale for $350K. High search volumes for both but GamesForGirls.com gets more.. like double more!

should we enter the adult domains’ market to make money?

I seen a trend where “Small and Medium developers” love this type of domains
long tail /compound words with robust “exact searches” = Gold Mine… in the right hands of course.

CTR’s for long tail domains (Compound words) …are more on the mark , traffic easier to service.
    eg: Links.com vs GolfLinks.com
The ones that are “small category or niche defining” are killer domains …

“Know how” is more important than the domain itself (yet part of the know-how is having a great domain…if that makes sense) and as a” rule of thumb ‘” domainers make for terrible domainers and viceversa ” otherwise there would be a lot more
    Millionaire ‘ domainers.
Developing requires actual work , patience there is no short-cuts nor quick rewards as in domaining.

I posted last week that I own a lot of “FOR” domains:
    example
    websiteforsex.com
    websiteforsports
…and virtually website for any product, and people keep laffing about it. The truth is that if you develop any of these babies, it is just as good as any premium.

    Uzoma,

    You’re right. Absolutely right.

Takes money and time though – good luck.

They should really be buying my Games4Girls.com and GamesforGirls.net domains as well… I wanted GamesForGirls.com to compliment the number — significant traffic and parking revenue too.

Looks like Gamesforgirls.com is being held at Sedo transfer services. The landing page is still on NetIncome ventures, which is Frank Schilling’ buddy, Garry Chernoff. Very nice sale and a great keyword domain!
