Deluxe.Org Gets Hit With UDRP

A UDRP was just filed on the domain name Deluxe.org

The domain name is owned by The Tidewinds Group, Inc. of Mass and looks like it was under privacy until yesterday.

The complainant is not yet listed however Deluxe.com, is owned by the Deluxe Enterprise Operations Inc which has a tm Symbol on the site.

The domain Deluxe.org which has a creation date of 2004, is currently forwarding to thefreedictionary.com

We will keep on eye on this one and see what happens
