Pre-bidding has just opened for the Live auction which will be held at DomainFest Prague on October 6th at 10am EST.

There is already a pre-bid placed for $250,000 on MX.com.

MX is of course among other things, the country code for Mexico.

The domain has a reserve range of $250K-$500K and appearently has a reserve higher than the $250K bid.

Only 40 domain are currently listed for prebidding, but I’m told additional domains will be added to the live auction

You can view the domains open for prebids on SnapNames.com

    mouthwatering names!
however the crazy reserves will be the undoing, again

livestock.com is a fantastic domain, reserve is too low, but that will help it
if it stays that range i’ll buy it

I would love to see some ccTLDs (.cz – event is organized in Czech Republic!, .pl, .de, .es, .at etc.)

I had to shake my head, thought it was 2007. From boom to bust, as easy as the reserves you take.

Wonderful names….High reserves – but, the absolute best names ought to be expensive!

ccTLD’s….Yes….Being in Prague, there should be an excellent range of European ccTLD’s, especially……I hope to see some……I submitted Seniors.pl, among others, for this event.

These figures are just surprising but the names are too good..

    babe.com $1mm to $5mm

i wonder what would be the value of domain name grabababe.com?

how much value would a domain name will carry containing the single word from one of the above domains…

A prebid lower than the reserve? That’s a good marketing trick! I prebid $1m on restaurants.com.

Never bid that much before :-)

Lots of great names , lot’s of high prices makes you wonder what will sell and what will not ?

I agree with everyone else that the catalog list is excellent.

ccTLD would be a nice token but that is not what will cover
    the meeting overhead.

Maybe, someone will do a quick analysis of the other european
meetings (2 traffic, 1 moniker-Paris??, NameDrive and others)
and what really sold? (in real money)
    1. .com, .net, .org, .info
    2. Or, .pl, .eu, .ie, .es, .de, .at

I don’t know if true but it seems that meeting auctions do better
    in the U.S. than Europe.
If so, will Prague change that pattern?
