A Bang On Trademarked Term Adderall Sells For $4,800 on NameJet.com

You wouldn’t have to go far to find someone who has heard of the Attention Deficit Disorder drug Adderall, usually prescribed for children, but this domain just sold on NameJet.com yesterday for $4,800.

Of course the manufacturer of the drug has a trademark registered on the product.

Moreover, certainly over the last year or two, no online “business” has been under attack more than the online pharmacy’s, making this domain a potential double whammy in liability.

I wouldn’t touch it.

I other NameJet.com action a nice LLLL.com, the domain Wips.com sold for $6,900.  Plenty of matching organizations using that one including one interesting use, the Worldwide Intellectual Property Search.

Landis.com I domain I’m sure I’ve seen before sold for $4K.

OurSong.com another domain I’ve seen before sold for $1,800.

and then there is the fine domain of cambridge-mit.org (i wonder what that could stand for) which I show selling for $13,100.

Taking an Adderall is a little like taking a hit of acid but without the confusion. It’s one of the strongest drugs I have ever experienced. :)

Acid? That’s the first time I have heard that…. it’s usually compared to Cocaine or speed / upper drugs… It’s not a hallucinogen.
