.Me First Name Auction Results Day One: Pretty Much Every Domain Sells For Under $1K

The first day of the five day .Me auctions for first and last name, Domains just closed with pretty much every domain selling for under $1K.

There were a few exceptions.

I saw Anthony.me at $1,600.

Adam.me went for $1,300

Austin.me sold for $1,100 which is not only a first name but a name of a city.

While the below is not a complete list of all the domains that sold it should give you a feel for how day 1 went.

    I would have thought the prices would have ended higher, I’m a little bit surprised.

    Not these ended a lot lower than I expected but I still think as I wrote yesterday the timing had a lot to do with it

    I bought Benjamin.me for $315 for my son. He’s 12 now, I’m sure he’ll thank me later.

    Nothing that eventful yesterday that I saw so again most went under $1K.

    Today there are some better names.

    let’s say NameJet that was a Pre-Release) and transfer it during the AutoRenew period, you lose the gaining year of registration.
