If a firm bought it in bankruptcy and are using it somewhere means it still exist. However, that might not be the case since they did not update the TM ownership. I wouldn't start a company using the domain until I knew if anyone bought the intangible asset. Most of us know this. I'm just mentioning it for the investors just entering the domain biz. Just because govideo went out business does not mean the TM is gone.
