im not sure if google can really sue them because the google sit is just kinda like a homepage for the windows when they pop up. Im sure they could code it to bring up any other website if they wanted to. The only reason they might get sued id because of the name.

and maybe .me .in as well and handcode your site
- pure hand coding — no WSIWGs and please put at least 3 different FORCED pop-ups and browser snaggers on index page…

Neat idea. And they seem to have maanaged to attract plenty of people already (check alexa and compete for details).

I doubt that google will sue. WIPO possibly, but even there I am not sure. Google still makes the full revenue of the domain.

I have a double-worded (generic) domain and site, and it ranks first in its category (with quotes) and third or fourth without.

But the Goog4 dudes are looking at a huge legal problem and lots of headaches.
