Injury KO’s Monte Cahn From TRAFFIC Auction

2009 October 26
by Michael H. Berkens

As the TRAFFIC show sets to open tonight in New York there will be a very familiar face missing.

Monte Cahn, for most the face of Moniker.com is sidelined rehabbing a very serious injury to his Achilles tendon which he has been struggling with for several months.

Monte is certainly going to be missed and personally its hard for me to imagine a Moniker auction without him.

Victor Pitts from Moniker will be stepping in for Monte.

We of course wish Monte a fully recovery as he has a long, painful road ahead

Feel free to send Monte your best wishes for a full recovery below.

Thanks Everyone. With a little luck, I will get beyond this achilles heel (no pun intended) issue soon. I appreciate everyone’s support and best wishes! We are still going to make TRAFFIC a success even with me on the sidelines but connected in every way imaginable.

Hope my SnapNames domain list with data website will make some nice sales for SnapNames and it will help Monte’s recovery :D

Monte’s will not physically be on stage at TRAFFIC, but his presence will be felt and has been felt by the industry he so loves. I and the entire Moniker team have worked hard to make this a successful auction, and I believe it will be. We will win one for the “gipper”

    Monte,

Godspeed to your recovery. I was healed overnight from an identical injury in 2003 after suffering horribly for two weeks, but I won’t say how it was done here. I’ll contact you by email for more details. We need you up and going, bro. All our prayers are for your full healing soon.
