Another 4 Letter Domain Becomes A Star, This Time For AOL: JSYK.com

AOL announced today the launch of JSYK.com (Just So You Know),  described by AOL as a new tween and teen pop culture blog featuring celebrity news, photos, videos, polls, quizzes and more. The target audience of JSYK.com is 9-15 year-olds.

This marks another major media company that has rolled out a major site around a 4 letter domain (LLLL.com)

Back In April we posted about Universal and YouTube.com rolled out Vevo.com for a online music hub.

In March the Scifi Network announced it was changing their name and site to syfy.com.

Of course in May Microsoft selected Bing.com as the name for their new search engine.

    The story did not say.

I assume they bought it but that is just my assumption.

If someone has a domaintools.com account and wants to look it up, please feel free to report on it
