Its sad that Yahoo gave up on search a long time ago when it partnered originally with google. They just started focusing on becoming a media company instead of a search company.

Whois (not your real name) If you are going to attack someone, man up and post your real name here.

I guess my comments are not welcome here?

Sorry to upset you Mr. Anonymous poster.

This is a good move for Yahoo? Giving up their search engine to their competitor?

Right. Sorry to be so negative.

Do i understand this right, yahoo will use bing as its algo search and Bing gets out of PPC ad biz and uses a yahoo feed and gets a rev split from yahoo ?
If thats true that sounds almost too good to be true.

Yahoo seems to be more focused on news, I use Google for search and Yahoo for my news. Their MyYahoo pages can be custom made to show news in topics you choose, stock portfolios, weather, etc. Maybe that is what they will focus on instead of search now.
