		<description>Excellent work Mike.  Congrats to the ICA for their work in the overturn ruling and kudos for their outstanding letter as well.  Clearly, ICA is (and has been) doing great work.

I second your voice for registrants to support the ICA. ICA has limited funding and staff.  Its past time for all the WIPO whiners to ante up.  Doubtful they will, most would rather bitch than actually do something, but the reality is its paying members thatpull their sled and save their asses. Just like the welfare state that is the US now I suppose.</description>
