Latham is a popular last name which pulls over 7 million results on Google
If you do a Google search for “Latham” the first result is for Latham & Watkins, which seems to be a very large international law firm, second is a link to Congressman Tom Latham of Iowa and then to the Latham Hotel, a small hotel in NY.
Seems like a lot of money for a domain with limited development potential.
