I used to snicker whenever I would hear some “nut” talk about how we in the U.S. are in danger of losing all of our rights and freedoms. Needless to say, I don’t snicker anymore.

And, if they can prove the companies negligent, are they going to go for damages?

Maybe, their intentions are good?
But, then it will eventually evolve into a revenue source.

We can not legislate total safety.

For example, under the Sullivan Act (1911? *), NYC and Wash, DC are suppose to free of guns. I doubt it.

If this type of local actions attempting to control global activities continue, first step will be for most of the companies to move outside of the U.S.

With all of the problems NJ has internally/intrastate, why are they looking to get involved in areas they know they can’t win.
Or, is someone using their office as a stepping stone for advancement?

* The irony – the 1911A1 pistol is probably the most produced pistol over the past 75 yrs.

Man……nobody in the U.S. feels the way the NJ attorney general does.

I’m so sick of this damn righteousness. These folks act just like conservative, backwoods, ignorant bible-thumping folks from 1910 would act.

Do they realize this is 2009?
