What a Judge and The Governor of Kentucky, Steve Beshear.

What will be next done by the Governor in Kentucky take away money from the people living in Kentucky since they buy to much junck food and are not living a "healthy life style) so they can keep the people slim since if they have no money they will slim down.

If the Governor wants to protect the people in Kentucky - Educate them - EVERYTHING in life has a positive and downside

Elliot

I agree with you.

I certainly expect this ruling to be appealed, although no official notice of such an appeal has been filed.

I think we really need someone to take this issue to federal court, where the justices are appointed for life and are much less subject to the politics and protectionism that you find in state court rulings, including state supreme courts

"especially the children"..... that's my favorite part.

Everybody knows that kids have been squandering fortunes on illegal and legal gambling for generations..... and every parent wants it to stop. LOL.

IMO, the silver lining (if there is any) is that they messed with the wrong group of domain owners/entrepreneurs. These groups will most certainly appeal to a higher court, who I would think will throw out these rulings and make a precedent-setting ruling that will be helpful in the long run. Just my opinion, but I don't think we've heard the end yet.
