I certainly expect this ruling to be appealed, although no official notice of such an appeal has been filed. I think we really need someone to take this issue to federal court, where the justices are appointed for life and are much less subject to the politics and protectionism that you find in state court rulings, including state supreme courts Elliot

These groups will most certainly appeal to a higher court, who I would think will throw out these rulings and make a precedent-setting ruling that will be helpful in the long run.
