Dell a member of CADNA has apparently trademarked the term “Cloud Computing” a very generic term referring to the next generation of computing.

It will be interesing to see what they intend to do with their new trademark as it concerns domain names.

When will the USPTO get their sh!t together?

TM applications for terms like this should be REJECTED.

They already own the dotcom for it so it’s not like they will gain domains they don’t already own except others might have to give up other extensions.

Cloud is an IT term fitting for those who sell virtualization servers. But from the consumer end it’s all about what it delivers to ME (.com)
