I've come across that site a few times but have never taken the plunge. I suppose $20 isn't much to pay just to get a sampling of the types of names they provide. As stated, I can't imagine too many high dollar gems are in there considering the tasters are trying them on for 5-10 days before they actually let them drop to the rest of us. Still, some good keyword domains make it through as long as they don't produce any traffic during the tasting period.
